Dominique Béchade Trott, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work and certificate in VAWC (Violence Against Women and Children) from Rutgers University.
Dominique specializes in trauma-informed care and uses cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, parts work, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and DBT. Her yoga practice, approach to movement and breath, and belief in tapping also provide clients with options for self-care. She possesses years of experience in supporting adults from many different cultures, religions, and ethnicities.
A strong believer in a person’s self-actualization drive, Dominique’s aim is to encourage her client’s ability to realize their potential for growth or change. Clients respond to their goals by understanding what might hold them back in their journey such as attachment issues, parenting styles they’ve encountered, domestic violence, grief/loss or chronic illness.
