Kaylin is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York and New Jersey who specializes in working with adults impacted by trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD. Her work focuses on supporting survivors of interpersonal violence, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other life experiences that can leave lasting emotional wounds. She believes that healing happens in safe, collaborative relationships, and strives to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to move at their own pace.

Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including trauma focused CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches. She is especially interested in how trauma shapes the way we think, feel, connect with others, and experience our bodies, and she enjoys helping clients build insight, resilience, and self-trust.

In addition to her clinical work, she is passionate about trauma education, training, and consulting. She has had the opportunity to develop and deliver trainings for universities, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community agencies on topics including trauma-informed care, domestic and sexual violence, psychological safety, and workplace inclusion. She loves helping individuals and organizations better understand trauma and translate that knowledge into meaningful, compassionate practice.
